Free White Glove Delivery on Every Order

Delivery is completely free on all Modnita orders. There are no shipping charges and no additional fees are added at checkout.

Made to Order

Every Modnita sofa is made to order. We do not hold finished stock. Production begins only after your order is confirmed, which is how we are able to offer 20 colourways rather than a handful of standard options.

Production and Delivery Timeline

Peak periods Up to 6 weeks

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. During busy periods, or when order volumes are high, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. We will contact you if your order is likely to fall outside the standard window.

Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase.

Once your sofa enters production, we will send you a production update.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

If you would like an update at any point, email contact@modnita.com with your order number and we will respond within 2 business days.

White Glove Delivery Included

Every Modnita order includes full white glove delivery at no extra cost.

Our delivery team will:

Bring your sofa into the room of your choice
Complete all assembly for you
Walk you through the extension mechanism and how it works
Remove and take away all packaging before they leave

You do not need to lift, carry, or assemble anything.

We contact you before delivery to arrange a time that suits you. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, redelivery fees may apply.

Before You Order: Please Measure

Our sofas are large items. Before ordering, please measure your front door, hallway, stairwell, and any tight corners or turns on the route to your room. Our team can carry your sofa upstairs and into your room, but access must be physically possible.

Full dimensions for both sizes are listed on every product page. If you are unsure, email contact@modnita.com with your measurements and we will help you check.

Customs and Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay. You will not receive an additional bill on delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your sofa arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@modnita.com with clear photographs of the issue and your order number.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
